One-at-a-Time Therapy (OAAT) Counselling approach. One-at-a-Time Therapy (OAAT) is a flexible, client-centred approach that treats each session as if it may be the only one. Rather than assuming ongoing weekly work. The sessions are scheduled one at a time with no presumption that another session will take place.

Emotional disconnection within a couples relationship can start to occur at any point in the relationship and the examples below cover the main topics that people tend to address within therapy sessions. These can be emotional withdrawal by one or both partners, communication breakdowns, lack of emotional intimacy and several more all of which will be explored below in more detail within my blog.
